In complex situations, we begin the process with a financial due diligence review from a risk management perspective.

It is necessary for me to understand that

  1. what the company does,
  2. what its value creation process consists of,
  3. who its customers and suppliers are, what contracts it has in place,
  4. what its financial data, profitability, liquidity, and debt levels are,

after all, these factors all affect creditworthiness.

We typically charge a flat fee for this part of the process, or we can offer an hourly rate.

The goal is to present options that are realistically achievable, taking into account the client’s business model, financial data, and the collateral offered.

The comprehensive service related to securing financing operates on a so-called commission-based system, meaning that 50% of the commission fee is invoiced upon the successful conclusion and disbursement of the financing agreement.
